UK university swimming made a huge splash with three highly competitive and exhilarating days of competition in Nottingham.
Over 1,500 students traveled to Nottingham, England this past weekend to represent their universities in the first swimming championship event of the season.
This year’s Short Course Championships featured swimmers from over 80 universities with many races being live-streamed on YouTube throughout the three-day event.
We highlight all of the winners of the 40+ finals from the 2022/23 BUCS Short Course Championships as well as which university was crowned Overall Champion below.

It was Loughborough University that once again claimed the Overall Winners title at the Short Course Championships. A clean sweep across all available overall medals saw the African Violet retain their Short Course Swimming crown.
