Hundreds of talented students gathered on the stunning Sandbanks Beach this past weekend to compete in the 2023 BUCS Beach Volleyball Championships.
Located on the South Coast of England, the iconic Sandbanks Beach boasts pristine shores, stunning coastal views, and a vibrant beach volleyball culture. Its golden sands attract top talent from universities across the UK every year at the annual BUCS Beach Volleyball Championships.
As the proud host of the thrilling event since 2017, Sandbanks has created a lasting legacy as a premier destination for student beach volleyball in the UK and provides the perfect backdrop for the final event of the volleyball season.
This year, almost 50 men’s and women’s pairs from universities all over the UK qualified to compete in the knockout stages of the BUCS Championship, Trophy, and Shield competitions.
